Property Description
Just moved beginning of July 2008, the B&B is located in 5 minutes walking distance from the Midi Train Station (Eurostar & Thalys) and the center of the city. Just at the corner you can catch the Metro who brings you in 2 stops to the center of the city.
You'll find us in a brand new renovated project. The B&B is on the first floor of a duplex apartment, overlooking our large terras where you also can have breakfast in summer time. You're sleeping in a colonial four poster bed, the room refined decorated has digital TV, DVD, WiFi. Private bathroom and toilet are at your disposal. A gorgeous breakfast is served at the mezzanine
To guarantee your booking, you have to send us the CVC/CVV code of your credit card within 48 hours after making your booking. A special request by email will be send to you. Without any answer of you, we can't guarantee your booking !
Cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival or a no-show result in a fee of 1 night staying.
From 01/01/08: 10 % discount from the 3rd night !

It is in an apartment and there is only one rented room. I found that a little odd as well as the breakfast is not made for you and I couldn't figure out how to make the coffee or eggs with what was provided. We felt that we are staying in our own flat. The apartment was very nice and the breakfast was lovely.
